Statistics Club at UCLA

DataFest Committee Applications are open!

DataFest is the largest data-science hackathon on the West Coast, hosted right here at UCLA. Students form teams of 4–5 and spend 48 hours working on a real-life, complex dataset. At the end, each team presents its findings to a panel of judges.

The DataFest Committee is the student team behind the event, and joining is a great way to build teamwork and leadership experience you can put on your resume. You'll get advice, mentorship, and connections with faculty, and you'll make friends as part of a close-knit community. Committee members also get a guaranteed spot in the hackathon. Apply today to be part of DataFest!
