Datafest Committee

The DataFest Committee is the team behind UCLA’s biggest data science event of the year, DataFest, a 48-hour hackathon sponsored by the American Statistical Association.

As part of the committee, you’ll help make this large-scale event happen, from planning workshops and coordinating logistics to designing media campaigns and securing sponsors. The committee is split into three teams: Finance, Events, and Media, each playing a key role in bringing DataFest to life.

Beyond organizing the event, DataFest Committee is a tight-knit community of students passionate about data, collaboration, and creativity. Join us to gain leadership experience, build connections, and help create one of UCLA’s most exciting data-driven traditions!
